Provision of professional services to IGN France International for a $15M World Bank project under intense scrutiny from the President and Prime Minister of Tanzania. The objective of the Integrated Land Management Information System (ILMIS) project was to improve efficiency and reduce fraud and corruption in land transactions for the Ministry of Lands, Housing and Human Settlements Development. This project in Dar es Salaam resulted in a system that could easily be scaled up. Following a hiatus, it is hoped that ILMIS will be rolled-out nationwide based on lessons learned from this pilot project.
