Provision of professional services to IGN France International for an Inter-American Development Bank project ‘to strengthen the information management and institutional capacity of the Registrar General’s Department, through the design, development and implementation of the Property Business Registration System (PBRS).’ The project primarily aimed to improve conditions for investment by streamlining the property registration process. A secondary aim was to help detect and prevent fraud, land corruption, and money laundering.
