Project Manager

Provision of professional services to IGN France International, in collaboration with the UAE Federal Geographic Data Center, for the implementation of a National Geodetic Reference Frame (NGRF) for the UAE. The project involved computation, using scientific GNSS software, of an NGRF tied to the latest version of the ITRF and including velocity estimates. The long-term aim is for the NGRF to supersede the various frames in place in each of the seven emirates.
